PCR
PCR means polymerase chain reaction test. This method needs detect Viral Ribonucleic Acid (RNA). Obviously, you need some laboratory equipment, which leads the cost become high. Besides it usually need 1-3 days turnaround time. As the result is from the laboratory, there is no need to be repeated to confirm results. 
It is an easy test way. If you have the rapid antigen test kit, you could do the test at home, as this way do not detected the RNA, it can produce results quickly (about 15–30 minutes). But there are some disadvantages, compared to the PCR test, it is less sensitive, especially among asymptomatic people. So you may need to be repeated to confirm results when the result is positive .
